MVP

Minimum Viable Product

The smallest version of a product that completely finishes one job for one person. "Minimum" refers to the scope of what it promises, not to the quality of what it delivers.

EXAMPLE

LeadScrapper Pro's first version ran one loop end to end — find businesses, check their digital presence, draft outreach — with no team accounts, no integrations, and no bulk operations.

WHY IT MATTERS

It's the fastest way to find out whether the problem was worth solving. Five features at twenty per cent teach you nothing, because nobody ever completed a real task.
